Fall League Waivers

Waivers are required to participate in, or spectate at, any event at the Warrenton Athletic Complex. All registered youth league players do not need to complete either of the forms below because our registration form has a waiver built in. All other children and adults that wish to attend an event must have a signed waiver on file. Waivers can be completed electronically by clicking one of these buttons, or by printing and returning to TSM LLC one of the printable waivers found below.

COVID 19 - T-Ball, Softball, and Baseball Cancelled. Refunds On Their Way.

T-Ball, Softball, and Baseball

Tonight the LCAA has decided to cease all operations for the Spring Baseball and Softball leagues. In accordance with their bylaws, as well as guidance from the Warren County Health Department, TSM is also decided to cease all youth league operations, including T-Ball, Baseball, and Softball, for the Spring 2020 Season. All practices and games are no longer scheduled on any fields at any location. This decision was not made lightly, and the LCAA leadership worked very hard to find a way to play the season, but delays due to health concerns combined with field closures at numerous participating LCAA cities has made it clear that attempting to operate the league is not possible this season.

Refunds Q&A

What About Online Registrations?

Every registration that was taken via our website will be issued a 100% refund by the end of this week. The refund will be processed as a credit on the form of payment used at the time the registration was originally entered. Please allow 10 business days for these charges to process and appear on your card.

We've already received questions about what to do if the card used to register has been closed or cancelled. Often the credit card companies will still issue the refund, even if your card has been cancelled. If you have not received a refund by June 22, 2020 you can contact us to investigate other refund options. NO REQUESTS TO INVESTIGATE REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE JUNE 22, 2020.

What About In-Person Registrations?

Registrations taken in person by Nicole, paid for with cash or check, after the registration period ended, will be contacted by Nicole to coordinate the return your registration fee. Please be patient with us as this process is time intensive and will be delayed somewhat by adhering to social distancing rules.

How Can You Help?

Continue Social Distancing

First, please continue to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and help slow the spread of COVID19. Protect your family and friends by staying home, washing your hands regularly, and staying at least six feet apart if you have to go out.

Financial Help

While we have enough money to refund all players that have registered with us 100% of their registration fee, there is a great deal of uncertainty about whether we’ll have enough money to pay our overhead if the social distancing requirements stay in effect for an extended period of time. If you wish to help TSM financially you can purchase one of the shirts below. These shirts are the result of a collaboration between 1st Place Printing, The Here For Good organization, and TSM LLC. TSM will receive a small amount of the proceeds from these shirts sales.

TeeBall, Softball, and Baseball Leagues

As of this writing, the TeeBall, Baseball, and Softball leagues are scheduled to start on June 1st. However, the LCAA League Director did mention that he is watching the guidance from the Missouri Department Of Health very closely, and that the start date might change as a result. Please continue to check our website, www.playtsm.com as we will post updates there as we receive them.
